Michael Wilson was born in Illinois, raised on midwest family home cooking. His culinary adventure began when he moved out west to snowboard. After cooking in many kitchens throughout the rocky mountain west his curiosity began to arise and the allure of cooking began. Michael chose to catapult his career by enrolling in culinary school, attending the culinary arts program at the University of Montana in Missoula. The next several years Michael traveled the world exploring new techniques and flavors, studying molecular gastronomy in Paris and northern Thai cuisine in Chiang Mai. Using ingredients forged here in the Rocky Mountains Chef Michael will work with you to prepare an unforgettable meal.

Fall Favorites: Rocky Mountain Cuisine
Fall is definitely in the air (even if it seems winter is close behind!). During this time of year, it’s nice to reconnect with your kitchen and whip up some seasonally-inspired dishes. For me, this means testing out some holiday dessert recipes that I can use for November and December gatherings.
